XXXX XXXX, I noticed {$150.00} membership fee on my Delta Gold Card which I have never seen before and have only had the card for 2 years. I went online and did a chat regarding the excessively High membership fee and suggested there really wasn't a value for such a high cost, which there is not. I asked to have the amount reversed so I could resume being a customer but they said they could not. Delta chat supervisor suggested that I could open a new card and have all but one month reversed.I told them that I at this point I do not trust them because of this hidden membership fee which has never been clear on the billing statement. I'm complaining as they will not reverse the {$150.00} fee So I can cancel this card.
