This is a violation of the FRCA 15 U.S.C. 1681 S as there is a responsibility to accuracy in a consumer report or it must be deleted. I have enclosed a copy of my XXXX report, in which this erroneous account is reporting. - Per my XXXX report that date of first delinquency is absent. What date did this account alleging become delinquent? - The date opening is reading XX/XX/2024. Are you stating the collection was opened on XX/XX/2024, or the original creditor account was opened on XX/XX/2024? - Please provide a copy of the assignment of debt from the original creditor XXXX XXXX. Is your company authorized to collect this debt in my state? If this is not corrected, I will have no other recourse, but to seek assistance of a legal professional to pursue for monetary damages. I am attempting in good faith to have this matter rectified.
