Midland Credit has violated my rights. 15 USC 1681 section 602 A states I have the right to privacy. 15 USC 1681 Section 604 A Section 2 : It also states a consumer reporting agency can not furnish accounts without my written instructions. EQUAL CONSIDERATION THEY BROUGHT NOTHING OF VALUE TO THE TABLE AND HAS NOTHING TO LOSE 3. LAWFUL TERMS AND CONDITIONS BECAUSE YOURS WERE BASED ON FRAUD 4.
