Hello my name is XXXX XXXX, Upon reviewing my credit report I noticed incorrect information. I am writing to delete the following items from my credit report as they are fraudulent and a result of identity theft. The items listed below were not initiated by me at any given point and are NOT MINE so please delete the following items off of my credit report, as I am providing you with my identity theft report which is an official statement of the crime. I am also providing you with my social security card and proof of address for your verification purposes. I AM AWARE OF MY RIGHTS UNDER section 605b of the fair credit reporting act that this fraudulent information must be removed from my credit report after providing the necessary information that is required along with this letter. THIS REQUEST IS TIME SENSITIVE, TIME CRUCIAL AND TIME CRITICAL THAT these items be removed off my credit report effective immediately as the items listed below are inaccurate and it is illegal to report inaccuracies to a consumer credit report.
