There funds transferred from my checking account to someone else 's account that was not authorized by me. I went the process of filing a dispute and my dispute was denied in less than XXXX hours without a proper investigation. I then had my claim reopened under chimes policy if there investigation takes longer than 10days I would be eligible for a temporary credit well 10 days had passed, once I called chime and notified them while on the phone and the representative saying my funds a being credited back to my account I received a email saying my claim had been denied. Chime isn't upholding there policies to there customers nor upholding there obligations I was transferred to the supervisor and in mid conversation began to be disrespected then hung up on.
