Experian is reporting incorrect and false on my consumer report and said all the information is verified. XXXX removed all these fraudulent accounts including names and addresses that never belonged to me ever!! Who is XXXX XXXX XXXX. As per FCRA once one bureau removed all false information you have to do the same. This causing a great burden to me as I have been the victim of identity theft. Please see attached exhibits as proof of claim. I also sent a cease and desist and they are still reporting which is third party communication and that is forbidden. And according to cfpb.gov the law requires companies to delete disputed unverified information from consumer reports.
