I have been trying to regain access to my Equifax account online but when I try to log into my account I receive an error message stating " We are temporarily unable to complete this request, please try again ''. I've tried multiple times on different days and times to login and I continously get the same message. I contacted Equifax customer service and was told to reset my password and login without any issues, I reset my password since I've contacted them and I still continue to get the same message " We are temporarily unable to complete this request, please try again '', this is now an issue that I hope to resolve. Equifax doesn't seem to care or help.
