I have disputed more than once and asked for written verification of the information and get no response or written prood. Subject : Dispute of Inaccurate Credit Report Information Dear [ Credit Reporting Agencys ], I am writing to dispute several inaccuracies on my credit report, which is a violation of the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ).
