We were told by our loan agent, XXXX XXXX ( loan depot ) on approximately XX/XX/XXXX that our loan was approved and when I told her that we were not able to pay our mortgage without the loan. She assured me not to worry about it and that we would receive the monies from the refinance before our mortgage would be late on the XXXX of XXXX. Days later, we were told we needed documents that were unreasonable and impossible to provide. Now our mortgage is overdue and they are cancelling the loan. We are angry and frustrated and don't know where to turn at this time. Please help!
