I have found several inaccuracies and unauthorized inquiries on my consumer report. I would like each of these inaccurate accounts and inaccurate information to be removed effective immediately, which is my right as a Federally protected consumer under the FCRA. Personal information. Names. Only the name XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX should be present all my consumer report any variation or misspelling of his name must be removed. Addresses. Only the address XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX Should be present on my consumer report. Any other addresses are in accurate and does not accurately represent me as a consumer I can not be reached nor contacted at any of these addresses.. the following addresses must be removed XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX And the address XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX I would like this in accurate information removed from all forms of my consumer report. I have never worked at these institutions. I do not know where this information came from. Please remove it from my credit report.
