On XX/XX/XXXX, I initiated a {$1500.00} transfer from my PayPal account to my bank account ending in XXXX. After deducting the {$35.00} PayPal fee, the transfer amount was {$1400.00}. Despite PayPals promise of a maximum 7-day transfer to bank period, it has now been 12 days, and the funds still havent reached my bank account. PayPal provided me with an 18-digit ARN number last Friday. However, as it was an ACH transfer, this number is not useful for tracing the funds. My bank has informed me that they require an ACH Trace ID, which PayPal has not provided. I am extremely concerned and frustrated by this delay and the lack of a proper trace ID to resolve the issue. I urgently request that PayPal provide the necessary ACH Trace ID so my bank can locate the funds. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.
