I went to try to load money on my cash app card on XX/XX/year> and I noticed on my app, the deposit cash button was gone. I then contacted cash app support on XX/XX/year> and tried to find out why. They said it was some update in the system and some people were XXXX of it and some weren't. This is one of the biggest reasons that I and alot if people use cash app. I have tried to call support and ask them. They also said they can not tell me why I was XXXX of that feature. I have had my support app chat eneded by support because they refuse to give me any explanation on why it's gone.
