This notice is to inform you that you are unlawfully reporting unauthorized inquiries on my consumer reports. I have not initiated any transaction with these companies that have been listed as inquiries. Furthermore, I do not have an account as defined under 15 U.S.C. 1693a ( 2 ) with these inquiries for review or collection.
