Ally Bank restricted access to my mobile app and online baking starting on XX/XX/year>, with no reason given. I called, and they put in a tech-support ticket and told me it would take three business days. They did not know why this had happened. Today, on XX/XX/XXXX, I tried to set up a XXXX PIN because I can not see any transactions or make any transfers. The Telebank PIN would allow me to hear transactions at least and get my account balance. This also failed because the IVR did not recognize my Social Security number when I tried to verify myself over the phone. Now, I have to call and speak to someone in customer service to get information regarding my account balance. This feels like a violation of my privacy, and I would like this to be resolved.
