Ive lived at XXXX XXXX XXXX since XX/XX/year> til now so not sure what this is. When they reached out to me I told them that I was a victim of identity theft. My purse was in my car when it was stolen in XX/XX/year> on XXXX XXXX XXXX. Ive sent XXXX and XXXX and XXXX the police report and my identity theft filing. Ive mailed in a copy of my lease proving my address for the past two years. When they called i requested verification and it was never sent anything
