THIS CREDITOR HAS WRITTEN THIS ACCOUNT AS A PROFIT/LOSS. I'VE CONTACTED XXXX TWICE PLEADING FOR THE 1099C TO BE ISSUED SO THAT IT CAN BE FILED WITH MY TAX RETURN. I'VE HAD NO SUCCESS AT OBTAINING THIS DOCUMENT AFTER NUMEROUS REQUEST. PER IRS, ONCE THE ACCOUNT IS CONSIDERED PROFIT/LOSS IT IS NOW TAXABLE INCOME FOR THE CONSUMER. THIS ACCOUNT IS NO LONGER VALID AND INCOME CAN NOT BE REPORTED ON TO A CREDIT PROFILE. I HAVE CONTACTED THE CREDIT REPORTING AGENCIES ATTEMPTING TO GET THIS RESOLVED. I AM REQUESTING THAT MY CREDIT PROFILE IS UPDATED WITH THE CORRECT INFORMATION, THERE SHOULD NOT BE A BALANCE. REPORTING INCOME TO MY CREDIT PROFILE IS IN VIOLATION OF 15 USC 1681E ( B ). THESE COMPANIES HAVE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF REPORTING MAXIMUM ACCURACY TO MY CONSUMER REPORT.
