On XX/XX/2024 we received an alert from the credit bureau stating that our XXXX XXXX had dropped XXXX points. When we looked at the credit report, the credit report did not reflect any open mortgage accounts. We filed a complaint on XX/XX/2024 and a XXXX request on XX/XX/2024 after reviewing our credit report again where the mortgage still does not appear. We have already made a payment and will be making a XXXX payment, yet nothing is reflected on our credit report. This particular mortgage has been transferred before without incident.
