I took out a non Secure loan per our contract between me and the creditor it states Collateral is non title personal property. I have the contract stating this. The Credit Union filed a UCC claiming my home as collateral after the contract was already executed stating it was non titled personal property as collateral. They refuse to remove the UCC attaching it to my home as security on the loan. They also refuse to speak to me about it and their attorney refuses to speak to me to resolve this matter. I have filed with Experian to remove it under the category that it is a mortgage and I uploaded the contract showing Experian this was a non secured personal loan. They called the credit union and the credit union verified it is a secured mortgage in which they are not even allowed to do mortgage in Alabama. They are not a federally licensed. I want to be compensated for this issue as it is hurting my credit and unlawfully reported to my bureau. They are trying to force sell of my home due to this reporting and costing me money with an attorney. I will upload you my signed agreement with XXXX XXXX XXXX showing this was a none secure loan. XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX. All at Fraud here is XXXX XXXX XXXX, Experian, and XXXX XXXX XXXX Attorney.
