In regard to ACAs response to my previous complaint XXXX XXXX : I strongly dislike that ACA is focusing on the past due amount on my account instead of the actual issues at hand. I would not be past due if the contract was not fraudulent. I am a victim of auto fraud and discrimination from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX this should be enough for the loan company ( ACA ) to thoroughly investigate and protect me as well as their assets. ACA is stooping as low as not honoring key evidence that puts both them and XXXX at fault. We both have the loan denial on file stating I was not approved for financing on XX/XX/year>. I have advised both ACA and XXXX that this is fraudulent ( spot delivery ) but no action has been taken as far as voiding the contract. Both ACA and I have the loan denial documentation but ACA is refusing to honor the document. As Ive previously stated, I am not liable for this debt and the contract will need to be reviewed and voided. I am still seeking compensation for the damages and emotional turmoil this has caused. I have been fighting with both ACA and XXXX for nearly four months when the loan was not approved in the first place. Please examine why Im stuck in a contract that was not approved? How does that work? Why would the company blatantly IGNORE my concerns for any other reason than to keep me in this phony agreement? Ive shared plenty of documents with ACA and have not received an helpful resolution yet.
