Auto loan company ( XXXX XXXX ) offered extension/ defer payment/ skip a payment on XX/XX/XXXX. Right after I received the email of the extension approval their app blocked or limited my access to make payments. On XX/XX/XXXX I received an email requesting payment past due yet on XX/XX/XXXX I was only able to submit a partial payment of {$110.00} app would allow for full payment of {$310.00} ( {$300.00} + {$5.00} fee ). On XX/XX/XXXX I was able to make a payment of {$140.00} again app wouldn't let me make full payment due. I then called the customer service number and only contacted the automated system no human XXXX On XX/XX/XXXX I received an email if I wanted to refinance my loan I called the number on the email and was transferred multiple times to different representatives and not XXXX said they could assist me in getting more information or loan department. XX/XX/XXXX I called and requested a billing/payment history that was sent by email that same day and I was then notified my vehicle was scheduled for repossession and contract was accelerated. Since the start of the contract I've been charged additional Other fees ranging from {$100.00} to {$300.00} plus my payment amounts. ( Never a clear answer why additional fees ). The vehicle was taken from my home without notifying me. I was not able to get my personal items or work time sheets until XX/XX/XXXX as the towing company only was available by appointments created online.
