I called and messaged American Express regular department and the Financial hardship department in XX/XX/year>, XX/XX/year>, XX/XX/year>, XX/XX/year>, XX/XX/year>, and XX/XX/year>, letting them know I was sick and recently diagnosed with Chronic illness which has caused me to be out of work several days, leave without pay and asked may they please lower my payment during this medical financial hardship and they said no, it can not be lowered from {$200.00} per month, even though I was behind and making small good faith effort payments they sent me to credit karma and it made my score drop XXXX point down. Again, I even asked to speak with several managers, and they too stated they can not lower payment from {$200.00} per month. {$200.00} is too much for me along with all my other bills and I need them to allow me to pay {$100.00} per month. Please assist. Thank you.
