The customer purchased a service for the sum of {$7000.00} from a Business known as XXXX XXXX on or around XX/XX/year> to assist my business with obtaining 0 % interest funding using what they said was the bankers that they had a personal relationship with and based on my excellent credit could grantee that I could get at least XXXX to XXXX XXXX in start-up business credit for my business and give me a business plan to apply business credit card funding to a list of XXXX Companies. which I was denied credit or could not apply due to the company being in another state. I was told I had to walk into the office to apply, and I realized that XXXX XXXX lied about their relationship with the bankers and just gave me a list of companies to apply to. After I did not see any results or the financing that was promised to me, I expressed my disappointment and requested a refund through my credit card company Navy Federal CU for services not rendered/ the credit card company said that they found no error in the service purchased and stated that the case was closed and put the credit back on my card and reported the $ XXXX matter to the credit bureaus as a dispute. In addition. Efforts were made to show the contract and other documents shared with me in my XXXX XXXX by XXXX funding and they have closed or deleted my file in XXXX XXXX but dumped a list of financial institutions after they closed my file when I requested a refund. Navy Fed CU has not provided the customer the documents or proof used to determine why the customer should not be given back her {$7000.00} since the company falsely advertised their services and did not render the services as promised to the customer to help her business.
