I am writing to express frustration with SoFi Bank. On Tuesday, the XXXX of XXXX, 2024. I tried making a purchase that failed to go through only to discover my account had been restricted so I reached out to the SoFis Account Security Team and was told i had to undergo an identity verification process which has consistently failed due to poor technology despite numerous attempts in submitting clear images to prove my identity. Each time I attempt to verify my identity, the process is unsuccessful, resulting in a 24-hour delay before I can try again. This has caused significant inconvenience and restricted my access to my account.
