I have recently discovered that Allstate Credit Bureau accessed my credit report without my consent. According to the guidelines set forth by the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau ( CFPB ) and the Federal Trade Commission ( FTC ), any entity must have a permissible purpose to pull a consumer 's credit report. Since Allstate Credit Bureau is not the original creditor with whom I have an account or any existing financial relationship, their action to pull my credit report without authorization is a violation of these regulations. Collection Entry Dispute : Additionally, I have noticed that a collection entry has been added to my credit file by Allstate Credit Bureau. However, it is important to note that Allstate Credit Bureau is not the original creditor for this debt. As such, Allstate Credit Bureau is required to provide verifiable information regarding the debt in question, including proof of ownership and the details of the original creditor, as mandated by the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act ( FDCPA ) and the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ). In light of these issues, I request that : Immediate Removal of Unauthorized Inquiry : The unauthorized credit inquiry made by Allstate Credit Bureau be removed from my credit report. Verification of Collection Entry : Allstate Credit Bureau provides verifiable information to substantiate the collection entry on my credit file. If they are unable to provide this information, the collection entry should be removed. I already removed fraudulent inquiry this company had no permission to pull. I will be filing a lawsuit against company. This company needs to follow guidelines of the ftc. Reporting incorrect balances and also illegally pulling credit. I know my rights and guidelines when it comes to collections illegally reporting and inaccurately reporting false info. You have to get my written approval to pull credit. I will constantly make sure i will keep pressing on this issue until this is removed since it was already removed and and now currently reporting. Also you have to verify information regarding this company has not provided information. I will make sure this company will be on the block list. This company already has complaints regarding illegal reporting. I will certainly make sure this company is completely block for neglecting to provide any information to verify accurate info. I will keep sending complaint until this is removed thats why you keep getting the same duplicate complaint. If you dont remove I will constantly send one.
