I disputed the accuracy of information thats on my credit report. According to the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ) Section 605B. It is illegal to report information on my credit report without my permission. I also asked them to remove the collection from my report because it is inaccurately posting a past due balance. I havent received any verification that the debt it mine.
