Legal Department, This DISPUTE LETTER is being submitted in light of the recent Overhaul of Consumer Records by the Credit Bureaus. I have recently paid for a copy of my credit reports, and reviewed my credit file, as is being reported with you, and noticed there are several inaccurate accounts and/or items on my report. The below listed accounts were not opened by me, and that I did not profit from these accounts having been opened. According to the Fair Credit Reporting Act, Section 609 ( a ) ( 1 ) ( A ), you are required by federal law to verify - through the physical verification of the original signed consumer contract - any and all accounts you post on a credit report. Otherwise, anyone paying for your reporting services could fax, mail or email in a fraudulent account. It is also my request by virtue of the FAIR CREDIT REPORTING ACT FCRA 611 ( 15 U.S.C. 1681 ) that documentation showing evidence of a properly opened investigation of the below disputed accounts be forwarded to me along with any and all responding letters or documents of these alleged creditors. Failure to provide to me these documents along with certified proof of contractual agreements between myself and all of the below listed alleged creditors shall constitute admittance that this consumer reporting agency is reporting inaccurate and unverifiable consumer information and shall be removed and deleted immediately to comply with the FAIR CREDIT REPORTING ACT FCRA 611 ( 15 U.S.C. 1681 ) legislation. I demand to see Verifiable Proof ( an original Consumer Contract with my Signature on it ) you have on file of the accounts listed below. Your failure to positively verify these accounts has hurt my ability to obtain credit. Under the FCRA, unverified accounts must be removed and if you are unable to provide me a copy of verifiable proof, you must remove the accounts listed below. The below listed accounts by the Original Creditors, who have reported these accounts within my credit reports, do not belong to me in part or in whole. Let it also be noted that I did not give my authorization for anyone else to open these accounts.
