I deposited a lawsuit payout check on XXXX. This check was from the following Federal Case XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX I was told there would be a five day funds hold because of my account being new. Knowing that I was receiving my payout check, I took the month of XXXX off of work to spend with my daughter before she went back to school. Citizens locked me out of my account and locked my debit card. Realizing this, I called on XX/XX/XXXX and told the representative what was going on and he told me the funds were in a longer hold and my account was under review. I told him where the check came from and he assured me everything would be resolved timely. I received a letter on XX/XX/XXXX stating my funds would be available on the XXXX I called several more times that week and a supervisor told me my account would be unlocked by the XXXX. I called everyday after that to check the status until the funds became available on the XXXX. I called on the XXXX and XXXX and was told the same thing. I HAVE NOW SUFFERED LATE PAYMENTS TO MULTIPLE CREDIT CARDS AND HAVE LATE BILLS AND INCURRED LATES FEES TO MULTIPLE ACCOUNTS I HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO GET ANY CASH ADVANCES WITH MY CREDIT CARD/CARDS AS PAYMENTS ARE DUE AND I CAN NOT MAKE PAYMENT BECAUSE MY ACCOUNT IS LOCKED I AM SUFFERING SERIOUS DAMAGES BECAUSE OF CITIZENS ALL 6 CITIZENS BRANCHES NEAR ME ARE PERMANENTLY CLOSED HAVING BEEN BOUGHT OUT. SEE XXXX XXXX XXXX AREA. NO BRANCHES WITHIN 100 MILES OF ME. CITIZENS CANT GIVE ME MY ACCOUNT NUMBER OVER THE PHONE AND BECAUSE I DO NOT HAVE ACCESS TO MY ONLINE ACCOUNT OR A BRANCH OR MY DEBIT CARD I HAVE NO ACCESS TO MY FUNDS AND HAVE BEEN CHARGED WITH SERIOUS LATE FEES ON SEVRAL ACCOUNTS AND BILLS
