I am writing this letter to capital one who recently closed my credit account without providing any prior notice or a valid reason for the closure. This caused undue inconvenience and has impacted my credit score immensely. I created this account on the date of XX/XX/XXXX and have been a loyal customer to capital one. I received a notification from the app on XX/XX/XXXX saying my account was restricted. I contacted customer service numerous times from the date of closure up till now im writing this complaint and no answer on why I got the account closed.
