Hi my name is XXXX XXXX, I am the owner of my PNC acct, with routing number:XXXX ; an account number:XXXX. I recently made a claim with you guys about my account an a bunch of UNAUTHORIZED TRANSACTIONS ... .... My original claim stated " Hi my name is XXXX XXXX, I am the owner of my PNC acct, with routing numberXXXX ; an account number:XXXX. My account was compromised, as well as my debit card. I last seen it XX/XX/XXXX with my last transaction being my smoke shop transaction for {$22.00}. After that I fell sick, an I sent a few XXXX XXXX but that was it, an it didnt require my acct or card so i still didnt notice anything. I still didnt notice anything until early this morning the XXXX I tried to send another XXXX an it declined, once that happened I check my acct an saw all the charges. There were charges from XXXX for over {$2000.00} as well as over XXXX charges in HAWAII!! including a hotel charge, XXXX, ect... I called PNC who Ive been a member with over XXXX an was told I will receive {$250.00} in provisional credit an that was it, until a 45 day investigation took place. I think this is so unfair, im late on rent, my car note, an even child support. '' After all of that, I was contact and told that I will be receiving a new card in the mail ( WHICH I NEVER RECEIVED ) ... .... an also provisional credits during the investigation ... my account did receive provisional credits however I DID NOT have the card yet when the money was added on there.so I just saw it posting provisional credits THAT I COULDNT USE YET .... An then all of a sudden the credits start being used as well!!! ...... so someone must have intercepted my card, and began using the credits as well as a bunch of other purchases I don't recognize ... .. so basically I NEED TO DISPUTE EVERY SINGLE TRANSACTION ON MY CHECKING ACCOUNT ENDING IN XXXX starting from ( XXXX XXXX2024 ) through TODAYS DATE ( XX/XX/2024 ) ...... I seriously need my cash and I haven't been able to do anything as PNC is the only bank account that I have, I've been waiting and waiting on a new card just to see that my account is still being used, and when I called to let them know this I was transferred line after line and always with someone who didnt understand me or I didnt understand them, an I eventually got hung up on XXXX time .... I really need all of my funds immediately, even if it's just the original provisional credits/final dispute credits that you guys posted. I have called multiple times and have not been able to get through or either there's a language barrier, please return my money I do not have money for food, child support, my car note, and I am going to be put out in 15 days please give me my money back, at least the provisional credits/final dispute credits totaling XXXX
