I got a fraud phone call around XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/year>. Someone pretends an employee from security department from American Express Credit Card. She had my last month statement ( or even some recent transactions on my credit card ), my cell phone number, my land phone number. She then asked me to provide my social security number and Mother 's Maidan name for security check. The number she called from was XXXX. And then she asked me to add call to another number XXXX. She said her name is XXXX XXXX. She also said to increase my security protection, I need to go through an ID verification process by visiting https : //amex.idkit.co/c6879d421eca6a87b330f9bbccb7e9bf and upload my driver 's license. They send this link vis the phone number XXXX. Afterwards, they made 13 fraud transactions with my credit card. I called AE directly around 7 pm to report these fraud transactions. I am very concerned and afraid that all my personal information were in their hand. Please help me.
