I reviewed my Consumer Reports and noticed that there was an inaccurate accounts ) on my credit report ACCOUNT NAME : Account info Account name XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Account number XXXX Account type Secured Loan Responsibility Individual Date opened XX/XX/XXXX Status Paid, Closed. Status updated XX/XX/XXXX Balance - Balance updated - Recent payment {$15.00} as of XX/XX/XXXX Monthly payment - Original balance {$1000.00} Highest balance - Terms 120 Months have assumed a vital role and have a responsibility to report Consumer information to the best of their ability with maximum accuracy.I contacted " THE COMPANY '' and asked for them to investigate & remove the inaccurate account from my consumer report that they are illegally reporting and I requested specifically the alleged original application bearing my signature and they have not been able to provide such proof to me. This is a violation of the Fair Credit Reporting Act, and these disputed items may not appear on my credit report if they can't be verified by any evidence or proof. they havent resolved or provided any information that I asked for ( debt validation ). Account was paid they agree to remove and didnt. I call them they couldnt provide me with contract. Account information disputed by consumer ( doesnt requirement of the Fair Credit Reporting Act ).
