I use chime for my banking needs and for a few months they worked well. When I started getting my direct deposit put into my chime account I noticed fraudulent transactions popping up. I usually get over XXXX in direct deposits monthly from my employment so I even missed a fraudulent charge at XXXX point. These are the details below I was charged XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX, XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX, XXXX XX/XX/XXXX, XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX, and finally XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX as well. I called in to dispute these transactions, but chime does not follow the proper procedure as they themselves say they are not a bank so they never take the dispute up with visa either. They do internal investigation that wraps up quickly and always rules against the customer. I have been reading reviews and it seems many people have had problems with chime. I wish I would of known this sooner, but I closed my account with them as I do not want to do business with phony companies that will allow my account to get drained and don't even follow proper procedures. I assume these charges were all made using my debit card numbers. I need a resolution as it is a little over XXXX that was taken from me and I have XXXX children that I need to feed. I can not allow money to be taken from me.
