I called on XX/XX/year> at XXXX XXXX XXXX. The call lasted XXXX minutes. I was calling to try to figure out what debt this was. I requested the information via email on XX/XX/year> at XXXX. I sent a copy of the email via Fax on XX/XX/year>. Tracking from the Fax shows they received the fax. I emailed a few more times. I sent a copy of the email via mail on XX/XX/year> with tracking. Tracking shows they received the letter. I called again on XX/XX/year> at XXXX XXXX XXXX to give the dispute via phone and they refused to accept it via phone even though the letter sent to me on XX/XX/year> says that I can call to dispute. They referred me to email again to file the dispute. I have contacted them by every single means they have available to contact them and they are not sending the information. I don't think they have the information and are planning to collect on debt by XX/XX/year> and avoid my dispute.
