I had XXXX XXXX direct deposited into my venmo account. I made a tap to pay purchase from a convince store that was approved. When I went to transfer the remainder of my funds from my venmo account, through theiXXXX XXXX option, to my PayPal account which is also XXXX in order to do just. My transfer was denied, when I called into venmo, the customer service representative, refused to state or have a reason why I couldn't transfer funds through their option to do exactly that, she disconnected the call, and ten minutes later my account is mysteriously frozen for review. It was done intentionally by their cars and the company refus e to provide any specific reasons for the freeze, and refuses to release my funds
