I am aware that under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act ( 15 USC 6801 ), I have the right to request validation of the debt and to dispute any inaccuracies. I am also aware that under the same act, debt collectors are required to provide me with certain information regarding the debt. I have not received any verification of this debt from your agency, nor have I been provided with any documentation proving that I owe this debt. Furthermore, I have not been provided with the required notice of my rights under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, as mandated by law ( 15 USC 6802 ). I am requesting that you cease all collection activities until you can provide me with the necessary verification of the debt and documentation proving that I owe this debt. Failure to comply with these requests will result in further legal action being taken against your agency. I expect a prompt response to this letter and a resolution to this matter.
