This is my second complaint about XXXX XXXX and a credit card that is being reported to my credit report. Ive explained to everyone involved that this is not my account that it was open due to identity theft its related to a company that I dont own and never have and you guys just completed a review and a complaint, excepted the response from XXXX XXXX didnt bother to pay attention to it. The CFPB took a response from XXXX XXXX and close my case, as opposed to forcing them to remove it from my credit, which is what supposed to happen the information that XXXX XXXX sent back to the CFPB isnt even about me about An individual named XXXX XXXX XXXX Who lives at XXXX XXXX XXXX. in XXXX, GA XXXX Theyve sent me this persons account profile along with statement and everything else showing everything that the person has paid and purchased and his address and the account number and Social Security number. Im not sure that this is a major violation on XXXX XXXX behalf. I wonder if I should contact this person and let him know that his information has been breached.
