Stay at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX in XXXX, XXXX. XXXX XXXX XXXX-manager was suppose refund half of the amount paid ( refund {$130.00} ). The hotel was in shambles. Under construction. There was no parking. No place load and undload your luggage from the car. Spoke with XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX and said he would take care of it. Called Capital One on XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX and said it was taken care of, to get the refund of {$130.00}. Email form XXXX to Capital One was sent. Never received the refund from Capital One.
