I went to check my XXXX score from the bank. I notice it took a hit so I look at credit report. There I discovered XXXX XXXX put a claim against me. I know this is false because I have had/ have XXXX for close to 14 years. It also showed I lived in California ; which is incorrect also ( only lived in XXXX states since I was born ). Both states are east coast. The day it was opened was XX/XX/XXXX, I have bank / debit information showing I was in town at that time. When me and my wife upgraded our phones late XXXX XXXX had us show Drivers License, Utility bill, etc. And had to sign tablet for contract. I can/ have provided where we pay for phones, cable, & internet with XXXX. When I contacted XXXX, experian, and XXXX they all said it was accurate. They need to show proof. I never would have thought how little the credit agencies really do not want to do their job. i will seek legal coucel to go after all XXXX companies that need to do better.
