I believe my car was wrongfully repossessed. I was making payments on my car and NEVER was contacted about my car being in repossession mode. Usually, Chrysler Capital would call and give me a warning but they did not. I made a payment of about {$150.00} this week towards my car. And I noticed online it said I had a balance over {$3000.00} but the minimum payment would be {$600.00} and it was due XX/XX/XXXXXXXX XXXX I also don't believe certain Indiana and Federal Laws were followed regarding my car being taken. Well under 15 U.S. Code 1692f - Unfair practices because I have an agreement with Chrysler Capital, not the Tow Company. And this was a non-judicial order. Their in violation of 15 U.S. Code 6802 for disclosing my information to a third party I am not aware of. I had to call and find out where my was located. I offered them the opportunity to reinstate my loan. but they refused. And they couldn't explain to me why car was repossessed while I was in the process in making payments. I honestly thought I had until XX/XX/XXXX to take care of this matter.
