I started direct deposit to my capital one account about XXXX wks ago my pay date is XX/XX/year> as of XXXX this morning my paycheck is not there and they are rejecting all my bills I have paid. when I opened the account I was under the impression they have early payday put that is false since talking to the rep it takes 14 day for you pay to start if you have a new account so now I have no money because capitalone is holding my direct deposit from my employer. Is this legal under REG E. how can they hold your direct deposit?
