received ambulance ride for child, moved to different address before i received any statements or communication that my account went into collections. they did not process the insurance given to them. once with collections never received any communication that my account was a collections company. I received notification that my account was with collections from a notification alert from credit karma. I called the collection company to see if they could provide me with any information or at least verification of debt letter to send to my insurance company. the rep let me know the account was now with a firm agency and id have to wait for them to send me something, this was back in XXXX. I never received any communication from the firm agency until XXXX I was served with a summons. I wrote a letter to the firm after I was served to see if they could provide me a verification letter to see if it could still be resolved with my insurance because that's what they were requesting and I still haven't heard from none of the collection agencies in regards to verification letters of the debt etc. XXXX XXXX XXXX was the collection company and now its with a firm called Velo law
