I work between the hours of XXXX. During which time, I am not allowed to take personal calls unless it is for my young daughter that is in childcare. Due to this, I have to answer all unknown calls in case of emergency. I requested 4 times in 1 week that they do not try to contact me between them hours. I continue to receive calls which start out as " My name, are you at work right now? '' Which proved to me that they are continuing to make calls to me knowing that I am at work, even having some fun with it. I asked to speak with a manager, which was met with 3 attempts at just telling me they will take my number off the call list instead of allowing me to speak with the manager. When I finally got ahold of the manager, he was no help.
