I am not XXXX percent sure what incident they are referring to but would have been with the XXXX, the only other would have been with a car accident and there is definitive proof that it was paid and never sent to collections. All XXXX I believe times I was taken by squad with XXXX XXXX XXXX. They use XXXX XXXX in XXXX, ohio to do the billing. I called XXXX and they said I have nothing outstanding, nothing was charged off or sent to collections. The bill collector is saying the hospital XXXX XXXX created this, the only time I was squadded into XXXX XXXX was after the VA XXXX XXXX XXXX authorized and told me to get squadded. Meaning they pay for it, when I arrived to the hospital they got my XXXX ID for insurance purposes and billing. Apparently they didn't bill it correctly, or refused to. Also the XXXX refused to take me to the XXXX the va said to go to, they have refused service before on an emergency call prior to this also.
