Experian sent me a letter dated XX/XX/year>, in response to my XXXX XXXX XXXX determination submission on or about XX/XX/year>. Experian stated in this letter that they could not process my request because they could not reasonably confirm my identity. Then they proceeded to list various proofs of identity that need to be included in my submission in order for them to process my request. The problem here is that I included EVERY DOCUMENT THEY STATED, SPECIFICALLY THE FOLLOWING : 1 ) ( a ) driver 's license, 1 ) ( b ) utility bill and bank statement displaying date, current name and address, 1 ) ( c ) full name including middle initial, 1 ) ( d ) social security number, which was sent by way of social security card and all was sent in XXXX scan format. I have the time stamped proof and all supporting documents originally sent with my original submission, which will be included with this complaint. I will also include for Experian 's convenience, an updated qualifying signed and certified victim determination document. Respectfully, there should not have been any hold up in processing my request and definitely shouldn't be now.
