I tried contacting mortgage company about mortgage payments assistance and it took weeks before I finally was given the correct number to call. I call a XXXX XXXX representative and completed a counseling session. Finally I got in touch with AmeriSave Loss Mitigation Services and I requested forebearance as was suggested by XXXX XXXX. The representative with AmeriSave told me she would update my file for review and I needed to call back every Friday to check status. I ask if I needed to fill out any paperwork and she said no. I called the next Friday and was told it was denied and AmeriSave was starting process for loan modification for me. I asked why I didnt receive an application or any paperwork to fill out and she said I should have received an application with information on the process. She told me she would email me the application and information and I should also be receiving in the mail with 7 days. It has been two weeks and nothing. I am XXXXwo payments behind at this point. AmeriSave is doing nothing to provide me information or options. What am I supposed to do if the mortgage company will not give me any information?
