I disputed this on my credit report and this has caused my score to drop causing my insurance rates to increase I asked for them to provide me a copy of the contract that has my signature on it and they failed to do so and they said that it would remain i submitted another dispute as well because it is impossible that I opened an account with XXXX at the time they say that I had an account with them I have had XXXX XXXX XXXX since XX/XX/year> and I have been using XXXX XXXX XXXX then and I have internet with XXXX and my internet service and phone service are all current so I dont understand how they are saying that I have service with XXXX and that I owe them XXXX dollars I feel they have made a mistake and are unwilling to correct it but XXXXm on a fixed income and this has caused my car insurance to increase to the point that I had to let it go and I have to get rides with my friends and neighbors to get groceries and I have been very independent all of my life and now I dont feel like a human being anymore because I have to rely on other people to drive me around and I have a perfectly good car in my driveway and I cant even drive it because of this and I feel that if they dont remove it I will have no choice but to contact an attorney and sue for damages and suffering all I want is to get my credit back on track and I was almost there my report would have been clear in XXXX and I would be able to afford to get car insurance again but now they are putting stuff on my credit that is not mine and wont correct their mistake
