I am writing to dispute the following information in my credit file due to being a victim of identity theft. These items ( inquiries ) from XXXX XXXX date XX/XX/2024 XXXX Bank date XXXX, XXXX XXXX date XX/XX/2024 XXXX ( personal loan accounts ) XXXX XXXX date XX/XX/2024 amount {$49000.00} XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX account # XXXX is inaccurate because I have not authorized nor consented these institutions to run a credit check on me or open new accounts. as well I am victim of identity theft, I am requesting that these items be removed. Per the FCRA 605 B 15 USC 1681c-2, If I didn't give authorization for these companies to run my credit or consent for these accounts it is the responsibility of the credit bureau to remove these inaccuracies from my credit file.
