I paid my account in full, after I did that I logged in and found I had a credit balance. I emailed them to request a refund. They acknowleged that I was owed a refund. At some point after that, they charged me interest on the balance I had paid off and added a late fee. I've emailed them regarding the error and they replied that the balance was less than what my bill was, but that I still owed it.
