WELLS FARGO XXXX XXXX XXXXS, MN XXXX Phone number ( XXXX ) XXXX Account info : Account number # XXXX Open/closed : Closed Date opened : XX/XX/scrub>XXXX XXXX XXXX Account type : Credit card I was looking at my credit report an i noticed that there was inaccurate and or incomplete information reported on my credit report. I requested an investigation to verify the information was complete and accurate but they have yet to change the incorrect information and its was said to be verified but the incorrect information is still on my account. There has been multiple attempts to get this incorrect information corrected. one of multiple issues is this account is not reported according to the IRS when an account is charged off its considered income, and according to the FCRA income can not be reported on a credit report. i want a 1099-c ( cancellation of debt ) form from WELL FARGO Card services. I have yet to have this issue or any other documentation requested sent to me id like this incorrect information removed from my credit profile. WELLS FARGO Card services received a corresponding tax deduction for the uncollected amount associated with this charge off and had the balance of {$1100.00} as income on my taxes! This account can no longer be reported on my credit report. Not only does this violate my rights per FCRA it is also tax fraud. Delete this account from my file immediately for inaccuracy.
