My HELOC was transferred from XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX to Shellpoint on XX/XX/year>. Since XX/XX/year>, Shellpoint has been difficult to work with so I tried to payoff the loan XX/XX/year> to avoid their inconsistencies in monthly payments. I have been trying to dispute the payoff amount with Shellpoint since XX/XX/year> with Shellpoint directly and since XX/XX/year> through the XXXX XXXX XXXX. To date, Shellpoint still can not document accumulated accrued interest they think I owe of {$910.00}. They will just simply state it is due. I have pointed out to them that The Truth in Lending Act ( TILA ), 15 USC 1601 et seq. provides me the right to demand the documentation and they still have not provided it. I have continuously wrote them letters and requested the documentation and I even provided them with documentation that I do not owe that interest. I have attached the XXXX XXXX XXXX log of activities and the latest letter I wrote to Shellpoint with documentation that I do not owe accumulated accrued interest and that {$910.00} should be returned to me.
